A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
My name is Monila. Since a kid, I’ve always been associated with one or the other kind of physical movement. I am a kathak dancer and danced through all my weaknesses for eight years.
I discovered yoga in my thirties and I am sure this practice is here to stay with me forever.
I am a yoga teacher, a writer, a painter, and a blogger. I enjoy teaching philosophy of yoga and the intricacies involved with the mind, body and soul.
I did my Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadham Institute, Mumbai. Currently I am pursuing MA in Philosophy from IGNOU. I’ve taught yoga to people who are suffering from different physical as well as mental ailments.
Yoga is a way of life. It is not limited to the mat but to every aspect of our life. Hence, we keep on learning and discovering new things every day.
My classes involves physical, mental as well as spiritual aspect of a person. Through detailed guidance and creative sequences one prosper in the path of yoga. I hope my passion for yoga is contagious and it inspires you.
